Credits
Federal Tax Credit (ITC)
Eligible commercial solar projects may qualify for the federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC), allowing businesses to deduct a percentage of the total system cost directly from their federal taxes. This incentive helps lower upfront expenses and improves project feasibility. *Federal tax credit is available until the end of 2026.
Bonus Credits
In certain cases, commercial projects may qualify for additional bonus credits, such as those related to domestic content usage or projects located in designated energy communities. These bonuses can further increase the total tax benefit and enhance long-term savings.
Accelerated Depreciation (MACRS)
Commercial solar systems also qualify for accelerated depreciation under the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS). This allows businesses to depreciate the solar investment over a shorter period, generating substantial tax deductions in the early years of the system’s operation and improving cash flow.
Together, these incentives make commercial solar one of the most financially attractive energy investments available today—reducing tax liability, increasing profitability, and supporting long-term sustainability goals.
Our team guides you through every step, helping identify applicable incentives and working alongside your tax and financial advisors to ensure you maximize all available benefits.

5 Steps Process
Step 1: Consultation
The purpose of the initial consultation is to give you a basic idea of what is involved and what the potential benefits are for considering a solar energy system.
Step 2: On-Site Survey
At this point, we will come to your home or business to measure your roof or area of installation and provide details on if what you want to accomplish is possible.
Step 3: Design, Engineering, & Permitting
Next, we’ll design your solar project, put together the engineering documents, and present them to the county and utility company for permits and approvals.
Step 4: Installation
Once the plans have been approved, we will reach out to you to schedule the installation. Depending on the scope of your project, it can take us one or two days to complete the work.
Step 5: Final Inspection, Interconnectivity Process, & Training
After a final inspection and the innerconnectivity process with your power company, we will train you how to use your system.
